We have just had a long weekend here and it was just lovely not having to rush around too much!

I must admit, however, that I may have forgotten a few of my usual habits .. like exercising and making healthy food choices.  OK, so I wasn’t really bad but I ate a few too many things that I shouldn’t have.

But, you know what .. I don’t regret the decisions and I certainly don’t feel guilty!  That’s one of the fastest ways to sabotage your weight loss / healthy eating / consistent exercise effort!

I will be making healthy food choices this week and I’ll be back to my usual training routine, I might even try to be extra good this week 😉
