Ladies … Are you ready to feel fitter, stronger, healthier?  Be more confident in your own strength? Burn calories? Get the body you want?

I am launching a new ladies only boxing group training session on Thursday mornings at 9am.  Perfect timing for you to get your workout in after school drop off and before you start work on the rest of your to do list! Imagine feeling super organised for the rest of your day knowing you have done a great workout?

Boxing is a great way to burn calories and work on your fitness. Boxing is a great cardio workout and I would like to also focus on strengthening your core ( stop those belly jiggles!) Why not bring a friend to workout with for even more motivation! If you know someone who would like to join you, or you think would love this workout then make sure you share this post with them.

My group sessions are small so make sure to book your spot.  I like to keep them that way because I get to focus on you and make sure you are benefitting from the workout, you won’t get lost in the crowd! Besides, it’s way more fun working out with a group of ladies who have the same goals as you and certainly won’t judge you!
