Do you ever get the impression that in order to have a fit & strong body that you are proud of you need to have a gym membership and spend buckets of money on the latest active wear and equipment?

Have you ever felt uncomfortable going in to a gym? Maybe you don’t know where to start when you get there .. and there’s no chance you would ever ask someone what to do or where to start! They all look way too scary!

Have you had a bad experience with a PT in the past who has made you feel useless or inferior because you couldn’t do an exercise, or you didn’t eat the same foods as they did?

I totally understand how you feel! I have been made feel that way myself! I was a PT at the time, working side by side with these other PTs in the same gym!

It shouldn’t be that way … It doesn’t have to be that way! 

You should be proud of yourself and the fact that you value yourself and your health enough that you want to do something about it!

You don’t need a gym membership.

You don’t need expensive equipment to get an amazing workout.

When you become a member of Ascent Health & Fitness’ Members Only Group you will have access to workouts that you can do in the comfort and privacy of your own home.  And, I’ll always be around as your PT if you have any questions. I regularly add workouts to the Members Only area so that you always have something to choose from.

If you have a gym membership or even a current PT, no problem, you can add the workouts to your current program for a some variety, especially for those days you can’t make it to the gym!
