Who is the September Superwoman Program designed for? 

You!  Women who value their health and fitness.  Women who would like to make a few tweaks ( or some healthy changes ) to their current health and fitness as we get closer to Spring, Summer and some gorgeous warm weather!

What is the program designed to do? 

During this program you will be starting work on your summer bodies by focussing on improving your health, making healthy, nutritious food choices and building strength with one on one personal training sessions designed with your goals in mind.

What is included in the program?

*Basic health check and screening including measurements, blood pressure

*Weekly Personal Training session designed for you personally with your goals in mind

*Free group training sessions ( Ladies Boxing, Ladies Beginner Bootcamp )

*Basic nutrition guidance including example weekly menu, shopping list suggestions, weekly planning guide and recipes

*Weekly email motivation

*Weekly workout that you can do at home, in the park, or at the gym

*Guidelines, food and exercise journal and lots of information!

*Email support

How much does the program cost me?

$167 ( I know, that’s all for a whole month! )

Before we start we will all get together so that you can get all the information you need to get started!

We might even do a quickie workout while we are at it!
